Easy to follow terms and conditions - Transparent Rental Service

1. Booking Confirmation
 All bookings are subject to availability of vehicle and accommodations. A booking is considered as confirmed only after payment of the required advance. Northeast Vibes reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings if any unforeseen circumstances occurs.

2. Payment Policy
Customers must pay an advance amount of 30% at the time of booking, as specified during the booking process.  The remaining 70% payment must be cleared before the journey starts or as per the agreed-upon terms. Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer, or other methods accepted by Northeast Vibes.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled trip/tour to avoid any penalties. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip/tour may result in forfeiture of the amount given as advance or token. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancelation.

4. Vehicle Usage
The vehicle must only be used for the purpose specified during booking. Customers are responsible if vehicle is  used for illegal activities. Smoking, drinking, or consuming prohibited substances such as alcohol, etc. inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.

5. Driver Responsibilities
Our drivers are well-trained, professional, and experienced, still there are some offbeat places which are not frequently visited, so driver can take help of the map or phone call to navigate those places. Customers must cooperate with the drivers and adhere to safety guidelines during the tour. In the event of driver misconduct or found doing any prohibited activities, customers are requested to report the incident to Northeast Vibes immediately.

6. Overtime and Additional Charges
The rental charges cover a specific duration and distance as agreed upon while booking. Overtime (Above 9 Hours) or additional distance (Above 100 Km per day) will incur extra charges (₹200 Per Hour and ₹18/per Km for sedan, ₹300 Per Hour and ₹25/per Km for sedan ), as per the applicable rates. 6.3. Toll fees, parking charges, and other applicable costs are the customer’s responsibility if not mentioned as included while booking.

7. Liability and Insurance
Northeast Vibes’s vehicles are insured and in roadworthy conditions. The company is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as  natural calamities, accidents, or third-party actions.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must carry valid IDs during the tour. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove all luggage or personal belongings from the vehicle at the end of the tour. Northeast Vibes is not responsible for any lost/stolen items.

9. Dispute Resolution
 Any disputes arising will be resolved amicably through mutual discussions. In case of legal disputes, the jurisdiction will be the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.

10. Amendments
 Northeast Vibes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately.
